The Water & Electricity Regulatory Authority ("WERA") seeks to engage an internationally reputed consultancy organization(s) ("consultant") that will be able to support the various initiatives and endeavors for the electricity sector in Saudi Arabia by providing economic and regulatory consulting services for the regulatory activities of the electricity sector in Saudi Arabia as it progresses and evolves. It is envisaged that over the duration of the contract, WERA will engage the services of the selected consultant to provide a wide range of services across various economic and regulatory domains, to support its initiatives and help it discharge its duties as an electricity regulator in the best way possible. It expects to be guided by best industry practices and international experience, tailored to the specific needs of the Saudi Arabian electricity sector.
