| LabSystems Extended LIMS | 3 | • يجب أن يتواجد مهندس خبير ومتفرغ لتقديم الدعم الفني. لتنفيذ المهام المطلوبة في نظام LIMS ويكون متواجد في الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء. On-Site LabSystems Extended LIMS Support Services for LabVantage LIMS LabSystems shall provide On-Site extended LIMS support services using one (1) full-time dedicated experienced LIMS Support engineer to carry-out the LIMS Administrator activities for SFDA. Extended Support Services shall not be limited to the following: • Daily activities, work on LIMS change requests of Labs • Configuration of LIMS for labs as needed to extend and enhance the application. • Develop new reports, dashboards and KPI’s etc. • Work on enhancements related to existing reports, dashboards, and LIMS static data. • Resolve various LIMS related issues. • Fine tuning of LIMS database • Install Label Printer for LIMS users. • Monitor LIMS application and background server • Regularly Conduct System PM “System Health Checks” • Install Maintenance Releases (fixes). (Requires active SMP with LabVantage) • Modules upgradation to the latest version. (Requires active SMP with LabVantage) • Performing LIMS Health Checks (on quarterly basis) | سنوات | 2 | 0 |
