Any components not proposed but made available to the marketplace as new technology post proposal deadline, shall be proposed to the concerned department with no additional cost. 4. Training and Service: • Vendor should provide Certified Factory level (over-seas) technical training for two biomedical engineers. • Vendor should provide Certified user training for all dental users by a certified application specialist as per agreed schedule which may be repeated according to user needs . • Vendor should assign one (1) engineer during full warranty period to provide corrective responses calls promptly as per Biomedical conditions . • Vendor is responsible for provision and installation of all required dental hardware, labor, tools, and services. 5. Pre-installation: • Vendor is responsible for all pre-installation amendments and conformity to the electrical, civil and multimedia availability of the PNU premises. • Vendor with coordination with Biomedical & IT department should visit the site to provide equipment layout of each site before preparing the proposal . 6.
