Rail type: The solid guide rail has a convex shape that protrudes 7 mm above the floor. The complete rail, including curves and drilling holes is galvanized. 7. Rails in false floor: The rails will be installed in a false floor. The total height of this false floor is 40 to 50 mm above the original floor 8. false floor: The rails will be installed in a false floor with a design print. This laminated top layer is scratch-resistant and damp-proof. The total height of this false floor is 40 to 50 mm above the original floor. 9. Plinth: A plinth is used to create a finished floor. 10. Ramp: To improve accessibility of the system a ramp is used 11. Bases: C-profiles are used to build the bases. In the movable bases there are running and guiding wheels. The solid wheels are made of cast iron with dust-proof ball-bearings, which makes them completely maintenance free. All bases are treated with a 100% covering epoxy-polyester powder coating which prevents corrosion 12. Uprights: The uprights are closed. These uprights are on one side flat. 13. Cross bracing: Cross bracing ensures the systems stability. A cross brace is made of two diagonal braces which are hooked into the upright. 14. Back panel for the single mobile rack: To close the back side of the rack the racks are finished with a steel back panel incl. aluminum cover profile. These cover the fixing materials and narrow openings between the panels. 15. Front panel: The front of the racks is finished with a steel design panel. This panel creates a smooth finish of the system. The front panel comes in the color Grey-White 16. Drive system: The hand wheel drive system is of type M1. This drive system allows the user to move a load of 12,500 kg with a force of approximately 10 kg on the ergonomic shaped hand wheel. Thanks to the design with three spokes, the user can always choose the optimal starting position and it is possible to operate the system from different positions. 17. Label holder: The A5 transparent Plexiglas label holder is suitable for a label with dimensions of 148 mm high and 210 mm wide. There is one label holder used per rack side 18. Pull-out frame: Pull-out frames are used for the storage of suspension files. The frames run smooth and silent. At the front, a plastic grip is added.
